This gown is in pristine condition, only worn once!

I have almost exactly the same dimensions as you do... Except I`m 5`7". Luckily, so is my boyfriend, so my heels will be shorter (about 2-3 inches).
If you still have it and there`s a little bit of hem to lower, send me some photos.

Unfortunately there is no more room to lower the hem. I wore 4" heels which brought me to your height, but you would have to wear flats.
