How Can I Be Better?

Hi. I don`t know anything about cheerleading but...I have a questio for you. Are you popular? I mean no offense if you are but everyone tells me that cheerleaders are almost always popular. And well...if you are could you help me out? Cuz I`m goin in to the sixth grade and it`s @ a brand new school. I`ve tried for five years @ my old school to be popular but it never seems to work. Well this year I want people to feel different about me and see a new (hopefully) popular me. But like I said I don`t know how. If you or someone else can help me then please reply.
