Need Help Finding Church In Chicago

I am not catholic but my fiance and his family are strong catholics. Most churches in the Chicagoland area are territorial. The only problem is that the church in our territory is ugly. The walls are a brick green and I just can`t imagine getting married there. Are there such things as non territory churches in Chicago and how can I find them?

What part of Chicago are you looking for? St Nicholas of Tolentine @ 62nd and Lawndale on the S/W side is beautiful. Also contact someone at Holy Name Catherdral... You don`t have to be a member there and you want to talk beautiful! What about ideas from your fiancee`s side I`m sure they know alot of churches! Good Luck and let us know what you decide.
