Choosing A Registry

We want a registry where we can decide when things ship. We are going to be away for a while and may be moving permanently. Would be much better if we didn`t have to take delivery piecemeal as people buy. We also would like to be able to cancel delivery of items or, alternatively, return easily.

Tough question. Call up the registry departments of different stores, and ask them. Every store has different policies.
