Looking For Silk/Organza Empire Waisted Dress

I recommend Watters 2061B. It sounds just like what you want. It is for sale at salons for around $650 and at on-line stores for around $450.

The picture on the Watters web-site is a similar style (2063B) with leather embroidery. I recommend ditching the embroidery and getting 2061B. Here is a link:

I tried it on and it is very pretty. I am also a size 6 and I am 5`7", so I imagine it would look just as beautiful on you as it did when I tried it on.

Other Watters to look at are 2066B, 2068B.
4063B and 3075B are also beautiful and similar to what you want except they don`t have a waist, but you might want to check them out too.

I have talked to people that got Watters dresses on-line from Pearl`s Place and RK Bridal and were very pleased with their service. I ordered mine from a DBS (Discount Bridal Service) representative, so far I have gotten great service. The dress isn`t supposed to arrive until August 7, so I can`t give you a full review.

Hi Sherri I have an Amsale blue label empire waist silk gown, (a line, narrow up top, flared at bottom) bought new as a sample and it doesn`t quite fit me. It is an unaltered Amsale 10 which would probably work for a 6. I would consider selling instead of altering if someone is interested. Gown was never worn and the shop had it professionally cleaned prior to shipping it to me. Email me for pics and info if you are interested. K
