Surprise 16th Birthday

I am planing my best GUY friend a SURPRISE 16th birthday party, and I need major help. I`m having it at a Bithday house at the park. He loves the country music singers Alan Jackson, George Strait, Brad Paisley, and Garth Brooks. He also is on the golf team and is a fantastic player on the sax in the band (Concert and Marching). All of his friends are in the band except a few others, that includes our band director! The problem is he is not much of a party person, but his mom thinks he will enjoy it. So i want to do everything in my power to make sure he will have a GREAT time, and never forget it! Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!
