Teen Pool Party...ideas Fast!!

Im having a pool party in 2 days!!! we range in ages from 11-13. I dont kno what i can do 4 fun...its a boy girl party and theres gonna be 10 of my closest friends, its gonna be 6 hrs long and these r the only things i have: twister, bear,capture the flag,bonfire, truth or dare, spin the bottle, jailbreak, and a movie. My mom will b upstairs while we r downstairs after we swim
