Cajun Wedding

Crawfish isn`t always in season and it`s messy. My friend had a huge black pot of jambayla, smoked sauage, shrimp, boudion,balls, special cocktail sauce that had a little tabasco sauce in it, and a cajun band. I would get it cathered by a cajun or seafood resturant they would know what to do. Of course cajun weddings are usually in a catholic church. The reception usually has lots of beer and dancing.
