My husband needs to know if he needs to wear a tuxedo or a nice suit?

Well I just found out that he will be in the court so he will have to wear a tuxedo. Correct??? A friend of ours will be attending as just a guest will he also wear a tuxedo?

Yeah or just some thing nice like a nice dress shirt with slaks but if he feel ok with wearing a tux its ok
