Ocean Themed Wedding

Were planning an ocean type wedding for the and of august. We found a place that has a large marque tent that overlooks the water for outdoor weddings and is about 10 seconds from the beach. My bridesmaids are in an aqua colour and were serving seafood, etc... Im trying to get some more ideas for what would look nice, but not too nautical. We want to do a fishbowl in the middle of each table with some blue glass gems in the bottom, but do not know what kind of fish would be good for this? (besides goldfish)
I am also getting desperate about what do do for my flowers??? I cannot seem to find anything even close to the right colour. Any and all suggestions are truly appreciated. Thank You
