New, never been altered, will comfortably fit sizes 6-8, ht: 5`5 - 5`8. Can be altered accordingly. It is a Ivory A-line with corset style bodice with subtle silk embroidery and silk organza flat front skirt with small train. Happy to send you pics or more info.
