Looking For A Place To Throw A Private Party

Im looking to throw a bachelor party on 6/11/04 but have no place to go. Hotels are all booked or don`t like the mention of bachelor party. I have 20 guys & 2 strippers and need to find a place quickly.

Im looking for a Loft or a small warehouse thats nice in San Francisco
