Disposable Chair Covers

I`m trying to locate disposable chair cover material for my wedding. A friend of mine recently got married and her reception chairs were covered with a "pampers" type material- disposable. Her caterer provided the covers but they won[t tell me where I can buy them myself. Any suggestions? i want the material to cover the whole chair.
