HELP PLEASE

Maybe you should have a blacklight pool party. You can set up some black lights kinda close to the pool but far enough away were they wont get wet. Then, get some glow bracelets and extra gum in the dark green package (the extra gum will glow in a blacklight,,,,,i tried it b4). Break some glow sticks and put the solution into some baloons, blow up the balloons and then tie them shut. The solution in the glow sticks is non-toxic so it wont hurt you and then you will have glowing ballons, and friends. You might want to have your party near night time though if you use this idea.
