As a child I lived next door to a very creative lady. She helped me make gifts for people with candy bar messages. We used shirt boxes or large giftwrap boxes from the local department store and glued in construction paper and a message to give the recipient clues as to who gave the gift. As a child I loved the surprise element. We would write in a few words and glue in candy bars - one or more per sentence. We said things like "I don`t have a KitKat". "I live in the Milky Way." "Boys may be from Mars, but I am not. "
