Heavenly Accents
I`ve seen many bad posts about this business. I`ve had very good service thus far but with the bad postings I`ve seen I am obviously nervous. Can anyone say if they`ve had pleasent experiences?

I spoke with a sheriff at the number that Wei provided and was not exactly happy with what I heard. I`ve pretty well come to terms with the fact that I probably will not receive my dress, however I`m going to wait a tad longer (always hopeing). I`m not really worried about the PayPal guarantee because if I do request my refund and I don`t get it I will file a claim with my credit card company. I trust them more the Paypal anyway and per the Sheriff`s request I will also forward my request for a refund to him.
I`m sure I`m living a pipe dream but I would like to hope I can still get the dress. I was told that she did have some satisfied customers. I can only hope that I would be one of them.
I offer no advise to anyone one way or the other as far as to deal with her or not. But I will continue to post what is going on with me and maybe my situation can help your decision.

Just letting people know the status of my order. I have not received it yet there seem to have been some problems. However I`m giveing more time for them to make good on the transaction. I know a lot of those out there will say I`m crazy, but my wedding is not right around the corner so I`m not under the gun.
Hopefully this whole situation will be settled my next week, but I`ll continue to post the progress.

For those wondering I still haven`t received my dress yet but next week will be it. I`ve already informed and Heavenly Accents agreed that if I don`t get my dress by next week I will be requesting a refund.

This is what I suggest. If it`s a store, give it some time - I don`t know what your contract with the store says in regard to ship date/time, however, hold them to the contract. If it`s a website, then I don`t know what else to say other than - this is why stores and authorized dealers are whom everyone should be purchasing from.

Definitely get your refund back if you haven`t received your orders yet. If you dont` get your refund, inform the sheriff in her area.
