I`ve seen many bad posts about this business. I`ve had very good service thus far but with the bad postings I`ve seen I am obviously nervous. Can anyone say if they`ve had pleasent experiences?

Concern, be aware of that your ebay buyer`s gurantee only protects you within 3-4 weeks after the payment. Melody may drag you on longer than that.
The Sheriff may not always return your call, I had to call back a few times to get the Sheriff who were handling her case. If you didn`t receive you dress, then I would suggest reporting this to the Sheriff department. They couldn`t do anything if no crime is reported.
