original ways to make newlyweds kiss
usually "tinking" of the champagne glasses will prompt newlyweds to kiss at their wedding reception, would you know of any other fun ways (guests included also) to make the newlyweds kiss?

Julie-
The only "problem" with coming up with another way of getting newlyweds to kiss is that you have to let all the guests know what you have planned and also the couple.
However, here are a couple of thoughts.
If there is a band playing, you can ask the drummer to periodically do a drum roll.
If you have a DJ, they sometimes have the ability to play sound effects. If this is the case, you can ask the DJ to occasionally play the sound of someone kissing...a loud lip-smacking sound.
You can hand out whistles, kazoos or another form of noisemaker to the guests to act as a cue for the couple to kiss.
Guests can stamp their feet or clap their hands.
Hope those ideas help.
