Hi!

Here are a couple. Some you may have heard of, some you may not.

Ask the oldest person at the table to raise their hand. Then ask the youngest person at the table to stand and take the centerpiece. (At this point the youngest person thinks they got the centerpiece.) Then ask the youngest person to give the centerpiece to the oldest person. Usually gets lots of laughs.

You can play a bride and groom trivia contest and the one who gets the most right answers wins the centerpiece.

Tape a variety of coins under each chair (one coin each). The person who got the largest coin (quarter, half dollar, silver dollar) pays the person who got the smallest coin (usually a penny) and buys the centerpiece from them. (Everyone wins something).

Ask your florist to put some tangs in the centerpiece (8 or 10 depending upon how many people you have sitting on the table.) On the tip of one tang (they're wispy curly thin long sticks for a lack of better description that are often used in centerpieces) have the florist paint it red or another bright color. Then bury it in the centerpiece. Ask each guest to pull out a tang. The one with the red tip (that's covered when it's in the centerpiece) wins the bouquet.

The person whose birthday is the closest to the wedding day (your choice -- either before it or after, not both) wins the centerpiece.

Put your name and your fiances name on a sheet of paper like: JoAnn and Bob. Then ask each guest to make up as many words as possible (three letters or more) and the one who makes up the most words wins.

Hope those help. Have a wonderful wedding and life! :)
