Heavenly Accents

I`ve seen many bad posts about this business. I`ve had very good service thus far but with the bad postings I`ve seen I am obviously nervous. Can anyone say if they`ve had pleasent experiences?

Could not get them to respond to my e-mail. Wanted to order a Melissa Sweet dress that they seem to have at a discount. Do you have the e-mail address so I can see if I wrote it down wrong before? I`ve seen good and bad both posted. I just try to keep in mind that you can`t please everyone & a half price designer gown is worth a little hassle. I`ll let you know if I get a response. Thanks!!!

I`m in the process of my transaction with them right now. I should be receiving my dress this week. I have to say that due to the negative postings I`ve been in constant contact and I can`t really complain about their service thus far. I used my credit card through paypal for payment. That way I don`t have the fear of getting ripped off. My credit card company, as well as many others, protect your purchase. If for some reason she would not honor her contract then I would just have to file a complaint with the credit card company and will be able to recoup my money. So for me money has not been the issue. I`m am just worried that I won`t get my dress or it won`t be the correct dress. I agree with the previous post every purchase runs it`s risks. I will keep you all posted on the status of my dress. As I said I should receive it this week.

I want to thank those thave have posted good feedback. As I said I`m waiting for the delivery of my dress. Right after I placed the order was when I saw a lot of bad postings. It obvioulsy made me nervous and I spoke to Melody and she did make me feel better. However since I`m a typical bride I kept in constant contact. I either spoke via e-mail or on the phone if not daily then every few days. Even with me keeping constant contact I`m still getting very nice and patient service. Plus on their side. For those that received their merchandise do you know what mode of shipment was used for your items.

Do Not Under Any Circumstances buy anything from Melody!!! She is a fake and she is running a scam... All those good posts are put up but her using fake names she has done this before using the name Everlasting Designs. If you call the BBB in Maryland they have never heard of her, if you call the manufactor of your dress that you want to order she is not authorized to sell you the dress... I would do some research on the knot or on wedding channel and see all the bad posts about her and all the money she has taken from brides..... Please be very cautious of her she is a scam artist.

Amber,
I don`t know what BBB you checked, but I did do a BBB check myself. You put in the phone number and it came up with the company name as well as her name and stated there hasn`t been a complaint in the last three years. So my question to all those that said they were scammed . . . Why is nothing on file at the BBB?

Concerned,

You have every reason to be. Heaven`s Accents, Heavenly Accents and Everlastings Designs are one and the same. She is a scam artist. Read prior postings about her earlier this month. She is also very manipulative, and posts good things about herself pretending to be a customer. She also posts on theknot.com under Jittery Bride and creates new names posing as a satisfied customer. Who would think after reading about others being ripped off that "it`s worth the hassle". Really? Then order from her if you think it`s worth the hassle. Why would you take the chance? Whether she has a bad file with the BBB or not, the negative comments are valid. All these so-called "curious" customers are just her, who can`t leave well enough alone and wants to know if people will still say bad things. Yes, they will. First, it was Everlastings Designs, or Aubrey6776@aol.com. When she ruined that name, she came up with Heavenly Accents, or Heaven`s Accents, now she`s ruined that, too, because people are not stupid and can see right through it. She also appears on theknot.com a week or two after a boatload of bad postings about her posing as a "satisfied customer" with a new identity. There`s always some story with her. Now, she`s in the hospital, and some "sister" is helping out. Yeah, right. Concerned, change your name to curious. Your posting says it all. If you`re so concerned, you shouldn`t do business with her, period. Call it a day, Aubrey6776@aol.com/JitteryBride, Everlastings Designs/Heaven`s Accents. You are a scam artist who has ruined your own reputation. Customers don`t ruin reputations, bad business does, and only those on another planet do not know about you. I don`t care if this post gets removed. The truth is what it is and still stands.

If you all read my prior posts I had already made the contract before knowing about the bad postings. And due to those postings I already informed her I would not be strung along. I have no problem requesting my money back if she does not hold up her end of the bargain or going through my credit card if that is necessary.

For all of those out there that say she puts out fake posts to say she is a satisfied customer I say the same about people who post negatives about her. I was just trying to get concrete info. I did check her out at the BBB and I would assume if there were so many people unsatisfied that at least a few would have filed a complaint.

I was also told that someone talked to a sheriff about criminal activity and that she was being brought up on charges. I contacted the sheriff`s department in her area and was told they have no record or pending investigation on the woman. So if there is one out there I would love to know about it.

I`m already in the middle of the transaction and I`m truly hoping things do work out. I was just looking for posts that could give more definite information. I will post how mine ends up..

Read comments from "Wei". You don`t sound like a customer at all. You sound like Aubrey6776@aol.com/Everlastings herself, once again posing as a customer, fishing around hoping to get positive comments, because that is how desperate you have become. Manipulative people stop at nothing because they really do think everyone else is stupid and not on to their ruse. Why berate people and seem resentful toward people who have warned you? Why would you accuse people who leave negative postings as being fakes? What makes you think so many would just gang up on poor old Everlastings Designs or Jittery Bride or Heavenly Accents? People do not do that unless there is a reason. Just like the negative post about Bargain-bride. The information is out there. There are hundreds of vendors out there, hundreds of thousands. Why pick on a select few? Because they ruined their own reputations. You`re asking questions, getting answers, and then turning on people who give the only horrible answers there are to give. If money is not involved, only time, etc., that would be different. But when money is involved, most people do not have money to give away and would err on the side of caution. If you`ve already obligated yourself, then hope for the best. Whether the BBB has negative files or not, if you choose to ignore the negative comments, then do so. But bashing people who`ve been honest about their terrible experiences with Heavenly Accents, Aubrey6776@aol.com, Jittery Bride, and all this vendors` other fake names raises eyebrows about who you REALLY are. Read comments from "Wei", take the phone number and put it to use.

I will take the phone number thank you. I have no problem accepting negative comments from people I just wanted further information. I will call the number the wei left tomorrow and hopefully will get more answers. I was not bashing anyone for putting negative comments. I truly wish I would have known this all before putting in my order, I probably would not have made the attempt. You do not have to believe that I am a true customer of Heavenly Accents, however if you notice from my postings I`m not saying rave reviews yet because I do not have my dress yet. I may soon become one of her next victims so all I can do now is hope for the best.

Wei do you actually have a contact name to go with the number or would I just ask anyone?

I promised not to give out the Sheriff`s name on public posting. You can call and ask for the sheriff who used to handle Melody`s case with the number I provided.

Wei,
I took your advice and called the Sheriff`s office. I left my name and number and was told someone would get back to me. I`ll post again after I get word.

Not looking good on the delivery of my dress. Was supposed to be received yesterday and I don`t have it yet. I`ll continue to keep people posted.

Why don`t you ask the brides who said that they got their dresses & are happy with the service to email you pictures of their dresses or them in the dress to make sure the posts are not fake.
(hope that makes sense)

Concerned,

I was wondering if you have received your dress from Melody? I am also waiting for my dress from her, as well as a few others I have been in contact with her. I truly hope she comes through for us, so that we can enjoy our wedding days, and she can avoid the court system. Please keep us updated and I will do the same.

Ladies,
I am one of the unfortunate ones who had ordered from Melody under Everlasting Designs. Do searchs on theknot.com for Aubrey6775, Melody Row, or Everlasting Designs you will see what she does and how it appears she gets away with it. (you can even google it now!) There are quite a few of us Brides who were looking to save money since weddings are so expensive, but if I had it to do over, there is NO WAY I would have ordered from Melody Row aka Melody Reed, aka Melody Schneck! Did you guys know that she has been at this "game" for quite awhile now? The first "store" that I could find was called Starboard, then Angel Dust, then Everlasting Designs, and now Heavely Accents. There is an ongoing investigation. Melody told me she was pregnant, she was in the hospital, he husband`s sister died, and I can`t tell you how many other stories.......it`s all a ruse, and as long as she continues the get orders that are paid for and insured she will continue this game and ruin days that are meant to be special and memorable, for the good things, not the bad things!
Order at your own risk!

I`m currently awaiting a dress that shouldhave been here way back in june. It`s 8/16 today. I will let you all know if she ever sends it... I`m to say the least very nervous about this long delay.

I also almost bought a dress through this "company". Although in my case, the name of the store was Elegant Creations. When I looked the phone number up in the BBB, the name that came up was Everlastings Designs. When I questioned her about it, she said she had just bought the business and hadn`t gotten everything changed.. But she gave me a different address with the same phone number. The address didn`t even exist. Hmmmm. Glad I read all this before I fell for it too. My advice? Do your research. If something sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

NEW NEWS! OK, i`m posting ALL her names in hopes other brides don`t fall for this one.

Melody Row (AKA melodie rowe/ melody row/ melody schneck, melody reed) have Everlasting designs, Everlastings designs, Heaven`s accents, heavens accents, heaven accents, & NOW it`s elegant creations! I`m shocked no one has gone through & locked her up. The BBB won`t even deal with her anymore as she has too many complaints. Here`s her racket- she`ll tell you you will get your dress FAST - faster than many other companies. Then, her sister will die, her baby will be sick, etc, many excuses why the items aren`t in yet, and then... She will ship the pacakge & it will become LOST somehow, then she says- oh i promise, it will be next week, etc. She has two distinct personalities & plays them well. You can check out her alter ego at aubrey6775 (go on, search on google about it) and you`ll see her internet site. This alter personality claims to not be the same person, but her name is melody too then claims she sold her business. It`s all a sham.

I IMPLORE you all to not be sucked into this & each time you come accross any of her various names, or companie names out of MD or maryland, at all, then please POST THIS MESSAGE TO WARN ALL THE WOOD BE BRIDES THAT COULDN"T AFFORD THE DRESS OF THIER DREAMS, GO TO HER & BE CRUSHED. I HAVE NO DRESS, I HAVE NO MONEY & ALLL THE HOPEFUL POSTS ARE MELODY POSTING IN DISGUISE, because like many of these wedding places, there`s no signing up to VERIFY the person`s name, email, etc. So she can post as anyone. She is very convincing. Do not be fool FOR her WALLET & AMUSEMENT.

By the way, she WILL rip you off. She "signs" contracts, but doesn`t follow through. She has been in the hospital several times, and so has her "baby". The woman is a liar. Do not be fooled. She needs to be prosecuted for prying on vulnerable brides!!
