Hair And Make-Up

The time you get your hair/make-up done will depend on your other scheduled events that day.
One important event is pictures...if you are having some or all of your pictures ahead of time, this will push up everything else.
Just work backwards starting at the time of the wedding. Be sure to find out how long each task will take.
I wouldn`t think that you would need to start that early though.
Here`s an example:
5:30pm-Wedding
4:30pm-Get Dressed
4:00pm-Leave for Venue
3:00pm-Make-Up
1:30pm-Hair
Etc.....

PS-Make Sure you get your hair done before make-up, the heat of irons, etc... Will run your make-up

We are having our ceremony at 3PM and I am having my hair and make up done at 8 in the morning. The photographer wants everyone to meet at about 11 to do pictures. I thought it was really too early to get it done also but the guy who is doing my hair and make up promises that my hair will stay up and make up will stay on.

Yeah, doing pictures before the wedding will push your hair and make-up time up at least several hours, depending on your photographer.
