One of my bridesmaids just got married a few weeks ago with those colors and it was absolutely stunning! At the ceremoney she had silver candles in the candelabra (also silver) with swags attached using delphinium (blue) flowers, white roses and ivy (she also had pew bows and a swag for the unity candle table to match). She also had a beautiful isle runner made out of navy with silver diamonds outlined with ribbon down the center. She had the flower girls carry bouquets that I made for her out of blue and white silk flowers with the stems wrapped in silver fabric and blue ribbon.
At the reception she had a balloon arch made with blue and silver balloons and on the corners of the dance floor she had HUGE silver balloons filled with little navy balloons attached to weights (covered in navy fabric). She wrapped the bubbles in navy tulle and tied them closed with a little silver ribbon/rope then for the centerpieces she placed a cobalt vase on a mirror and placed two white roses in it and scattered rose petals around on the mirror. The place cards/favors were little silver frames and behind one on each table they drew a heart and that person got to take home the centerpiece!
That's about all I can think of for now... if I think of anything else I'll let you know :)

Hi!
Sounds like beautiful colors!
Here are a couple of random thoughts:
You might further accent your table by using blue dishes or drinking classes. Otherwise, you can use silver charger plates.
There are silver roses that would be lovely too. They are a hybrid of the sterling rose and are much more affordable. Ask your florist about that. Iris would also be a beautiful flower as would a periwinkle. You can have your centerpieces put into silver-plated bowls. I've even seen some gorgeous metallic silver bowls that LOOKED like real silver but for a fraction of the price.
I don't have any idea of what your budget is but you might consider renting silver chiavari chairs or using silver chair covers with blue chair ties.
Buy lots of your supplies the day after Christmas. You'll find great sales on candles and ribbons and you'll definitely find lots of those colors.
Instead of having the bridesmaids dye their shoes to match a silver dress, you can ask them to buy silver shoes. Those too are very plentiful around the end of the year since silver is such a popular color for Christmas and New Years.
For bridesmaids gifts, why not give the girls silver jewelry boxes. I remember when I got married, most of my bridesmaids had been in numerous weddings and had always been given a piece of jewelry. So when I got married, I gave them a silver jewelry box to put all that jewelry in. :)
If you can afford to, get to-the-ground blue tablecloths with a metallic silver sheer overlay.
Put your place cards on a silver tray. If you can't get it at your reception site, you can easily rent one.
Hope those ideas helped! Have a wonderful wedding and much happiness!
