Bachelorette Party 911 Vegas

Hi there,
I have a bit of a problem. I am planning a Bachelorette party for my good friend and the rest of the bridal party ( which is small anyway... One other girl and a gay man) have backed out of the party. I have already paid for the Vegas hotel room and hers and mine Flight. I don`t want it to seem lame when we get there but at the same time I still want to go so that I am not out all that money. Any suggestions or help or tips would be so greatly appreciated!!
