The quickest thing I could think of was having either custom printed barbecue aprons, or place mats commemorating the occasion. Unfortunately, because time is now so short I can't suggest the online companies that can do this and ship to you! This being Thursday. Otherwise, there are some online companies that could take care of this for you.

If I knew what geographic location you are in I would check to see if some of our vendors in your area can do this.
