Need An Officiant ASAP B`ham, Alabama

I am getting married August 21, 2004 in an historic theatre in Birmingham, Alabama. My fiance and I have not joined a church here and we need a ordained person of the church to marry us. My fiance is Methodist and I`m episcopalian. We would go through any counseling needed to satisfy the requirements of the church. Our ceremony will not be overly religious... Just the basics like the lord`s prayer, vows, and so forth. Any ideas, suggestions, advice?

Find a non-denominational pastor. Check the yellow pages, I am sure you will find something. Or have a friend or relative get a "one day pass" to marry you. Anybody can get ordianed over the internet.
