Quinsenora

My step-daughter is hispanic and is turning 15 yrs. old
in 2 months. How do I go about putting on a Quinsenora?(please forgive the spelling)

Quinceañeras is a very special event. For some ideas, look under "Themes" portion of this website. It all really depends on how much you are willing to spend.
