Small Party For Anniversary Of 1944 Wedding

I`m looking for economical decor - posters, paper goods, etc. Big band, WWII would be good. Any ideas of sources? Thanks.

What about getting some movie posters from the WWII era....you may be able to find them on Ebay.

I went to my online search and put in 1940 theme parties and found all kinds of websites regarding this.
Definately play big band music, maybe have people dress in 40`s style clothing if possible. The USO dances come to mind when I think of the 40`s theme. Soldiers, glamour girls.
I would use simple colors maybe silver and black.
