My daughter is wanting a party for her 13th birthday with all her friends. I would like to have something with a theme to it but I am a single Dad who has never given a party before.
I'd like to have really cool entertainment for her but I don't know how to find the perfect DJ that her friends won't make fun of. 13 year olds are so critical!
Anybody have help on the theme and the DJ?

Jihan, I was in the same fix last month with my daughter. I went here to PartyPop and looked in the Vendors area. I found Coordinators and selected Party and Event. I called the people after looking at a couple of different webpages on this site. I picked one that had nice pics and some convincing information about the type of parties they handle.
They were great! Best party ever was what my daughter's friends said. And when they say something like that they very definitely mean it. They were impressed and my daughter is a little "star" at school after that.
The DJ this company sent was AWESOME! And my coordinator put together an equally awesome X-Men theme to go with the movie that was out. Wow!
They were not as expensive as I thought, but worth every single penny for the flushed excitement in my Leslie's face. She had been so afraid if the party flopped that she couldn't face her friends in school. Her whole reputation was riding on this party.
As I said, NOW Leslie is a STAR! Everybody keeps talking about how awesome her party was!
