The best solution would probably be to order more than 1 cake.

I just got married last month and I have diabetes too. We had a little reception for our family and are now planning a big reception for our friends. We were able to find this really great bakery that offers diatetic pastries, including wedding cakes. Try asking around, specifically ask women who have diatetic husbands *lol* that's how we found our baker!

You need to focus on finding either a baker or a cake decorator that does those types of cakes. How many depends on your location. You should post a message on the ICES web site www. ices.org that includes your location and requirements. Someone on that site can point you in the right direction.

Oops, never mind that request for a link. They changed the website address and I just now found it.
