My 16th Birthday

Hey people! I will be turning 16 on the 25th of this month, and I need to come up with a great birthday plan! I want to throw a really fun party...oh...and I don`t have that much money to work with so its not like I can fly to Las Vegas and party over there...I thought of bowling, going to a movie, those are great but I need something,..just a little more special...after all, its my sweet sixteen!
