Wedding In Mexico`s RIU Resort

I am going to RIU playacar in August 2004 to get married however I am getting mis-information and do not know who to trust. Maria at Cancun Bridal first told me that she would be my wedding co-ordinator, when I ready to send my deposit of $300 USD I found out that both their telephone and fax line were disconnected. When I called the RIU hotline they told me that Anna Lopez is now the wedding co-ordinators. However, Maria never said anything to me about this and I spoke to her via email last week. Does anyone know what is going on with this resort? Any help would be much appreciated :-)
